Lucy Mentoring Program
NSW Minister for Women Verity Firth launched an exciting new mentoring program for female students at the University of New South Wales. The Lucy Mentoring Program targets female students studying business, finance, economics, accounting and law, pairing them with mentors in senior management, and offering them the opportunity to spend 35 hours in their mentor’s workplace.

Since 2006, Vital Voices has partnered annually with the U.S. State Department and FORTUNE Most Powerful Women’s Summit to provide international emerging women leaders in business the opportunity to develop their leadership, management and business skills through the FORTUNE/U.S. State Department Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership.
The program invests knowledge and resources in emerging women leaders and expose them to best practices in the United States public and private sectors. This program has had a tremendous impact on communities across the globe. Alumnae have returned home to achieve greater leadership positions in their businesses and to mentor more than 1,000 young women in their home countries
