Do we (NZ) have a mentoring program where say, up and coming (and existing) number 10′s are taught and given extra lessons by ex first fives? Or is that stuff all left up to their coach to teach them?
although I say we (NZ), I would be very interested to hear from other countries and whether they have mentoring programs.

yea we do we have a rugby academy here as well as all school boy rep rugby teams get one on one improvement sessions, most of upgrading sessions are directed at school boy grades downwards

Or maybe you could pretty please give me a link to a good Christian mentoring program site?
