What Can I learn about being a Travel Agent that will impress my Mentor?
I am 22 and i have just been hired for a Travel Agent positon in a small agency that is associated with virtuoso. I am wanting to learn everything thing i can from my mentor and make this into alife long career. I would like to know somethings i can do regarding research or other things i should know to impress my mentor and give me a foot up on everything, i wont start for a week or two put as much info as i can learn now would be great! Thanks in advanced.
