I’m having an interview tomorrow for a learning mentor job. Can anyone (sensible) offer me advice please?

here are a few questions that are always asked at interviews, that might help you prepare for and think about the answers so that you arent put on the spot so to speak.

1. why do you want to work here?
2. what can you bring to the job(experiences, ideas, etc)
3. what are your intentions with applying for a position with us? (longevity)
4. why should we hire you? (i hate this question)
5. do you have any problems with commitment to your job?
6. how is, in your opinnion the best way to handle an emergency situation?(i use ROAR…Respond Observe Assess React)
i have more, but im sure you get the idea, just relax, be yourself, you’ll be fine, and lots of luck!!!!

Just be honest to yourself and to the interviewer for they are already experts in knowing whether you are lying or not.

Your job interview is tomorrow. You know your appearance will matter, so you polish your shoes and brush your hair.

    Good luck

Dress neatly, avoid blue jeans. Look the interviewer in the eye. Smile. Try not to act nervous(that’s one I have trouble with) Be yourself, don’t give answers that you think they want to hear. Good luck.

I just wanted to say thanks for all your help over the summer. Your interest and dedication into helping me start up my own business did not go unnoticed. Your ideas brought up in the breakfast meetings and over email added great value towards the further success of my business career. I hope you have a good fall/winter and I'll see you next summer at the lacrosse games. Thanks again.

I enjoyed the program, and I have to say that I was lucky enough to have a real mentor like you. You have tonnes of experience in business and were able to give me great advice, especially when it came to advertising on the internet. I'm happy how it continues to turn up new clients. You've provided me with everything I could as for as a "mentor", I couldn't have imagined anything you could have done better. You got to my questions, you've applied your knowledge to help me and I sincerely appreciate your undying effort to help me! Thank you for your fine work, you've been a great help and I wish you good luck next year with your new set of students. I will be sure to keep in touch! Justin Beaudoin, Founder - MobiTek -
