I heard SCORE was a good and legitimate resource
I should add that I'm a US expatriate who is living in South Korea, so one-on-one meetings might be tough. Does SCORE have an overseas presence?
SCORE is your best choice. Go to http://www.score.org/ and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor.
