I went to your web page, and the first page gives no clue as to what your business does. You've lost my attention right there, especially I linked to your website from something like craigslist or a search engine.

Also, what niche are you pursuing? It may be an aged industry in your area, and your potential clients may already have everything they need.

I've said this before, but it's true here as well- make a visit to your local SCORE chapter (www.score.org) and small business development center. These consultants deal with small businesses all the time, and often have lists of recommendations for different services, You need to be on that list.

As for cost effective advertising- consider a series of post cards with a small snippet of information about your company. These brief messages tend to be read more often than traditional junk mail (in my opinion and experience).
And depending on just what type of clients your are targeting, you may want to consider a mySpace account for your biz. Join groups and give helpful tips every now and then.

I hope this has been somewhat informative.
References :
Just visited your site, nice.

If I had to guess I would lay odds that your "niche" is Christian based businesses.

So, if I were in your shoes, I would start with a colorful flyer and take it to all your local churches and ask if you can hand them out to the parisheners and/or post on bulletin boards in the churches. Lots of Christians own their own businesses and this may be the best way to start.

Good luck
